Our Process
We start by asking questions and obtaining the information necessary to fully qualify your needs:
- Product: Type of product/material, Hazmat or Non-hazmat
- Quantity: Piece count, pallet count, weight, etc.
- Photos: Pictures of the Product/Material
- Locations: Estimated number, state, city, etc.
- Frequency: One-time or multiple, estimated number of pickups
- Timing: Estimated start date, end date, recurring, etc.
- Documentation: SDS sheet, Certificate of Recycle, Bill of Lading, etc.
- Site Loading Capabilities: Dock height or ground level
- Service Type: Live Load, Hand Pickup or Drop and Remove
- Equipment Needs: Van Trailer, Rolloff, Box Truck, Open Top Trailer, etc.
Next, we provide a quote for the service (and in some cases we can also provide a rebate on the material)
Then we schedule and complete the service
Finally, we provide invoicing and reporting within 30 days (in most cases)
