Mike Becker
CEO
Mike Becker is the CEO of Becker360, a division of Becker Iron & Metal that specializes in providing single-source waste and resource management solutions across the world. In his role, Mike drives the company’s strategic vision, oversees daily operations, and ensures the delivery of innovative solutions that help clients manage their waste streams efficiently. His focus is on optimizing services for vendors and industrial accounts while working with buyers to develop strategies that acquire new business and grow long-term partnerships.
A fourth-generation leader in the industry, Mike has nearly 30 years of experience. Having grown up in the family business, he learned the operations from the ground up, spending summers working with metals and gradually mastering the nuances of resource management. Since joining full-time in 1993, Mike has gained expertise in everything from client management to leadership and ownership.
In addition to his role as CEO of Becker360, Mike serves as Co-President of Becker Iron & Metal. He has held leadership positions within the industry, including serving as president and board chairman of the Mid-America Chapter of the Institute of Scrap Recycling Industries (ISRI), where he received a 10-year service award for his contributions.
Outside of his professional responsibilities, Mike is actively involved in charitable work, supporting organizations like College Bound, Men’s Fight for Cancer, and the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
Mike holds a degree in Political Science with a focus on International Relations from the University of Kansas. His industry expertise, combined with his strategic leadership, continues to drive the success of Becker360 and Becker Iron & Metal.
